Who knows chat services like twitch or youtube to install on a WordPress site?

We need the functionality of commenting and discussing news on the site in the form of a twitch chat. It is not possible to develop a system from scratch, but I think there are ready-made paid chat solutions (do not confuse technical support chats) that the service should be able to:
1) Stream messages, without delay.
2) If possible, insert emoticons, photos, videos (as in VK).
3) Synchronization with WordPress (registered users).
4) Moderation.

I don't know what's on twitch, but youtube has the usual comments. In VP they are native. If so far they don't seem decent enough, there are different plugins for. their improvements.
