Who knows a good textbook on combinatorics in English?

Good afternoon. Tell me, maybe someone knows, a textbook on combinatorics approximately meets the requirements:
1) Language - English. (Required)
2) Year of publication >= 2000 (required)
3) Good design - illustrations, good layout (very desirable)
4) Solutions (or at least answers and instructions for at least half of the problems) (required)
5) The presence of applied problems ( desirable)
6) Modern presentation. The current topical problems of combinatorics are touched upon (at least in the first approximation). (It would be nice)
7) Complexity < nightmare.
8) Available online (not critical)
Input:
1) I know mathematics within three courses of the average hand of a technical university.
2) Basic knowledge of Python. (I can use it for simple mathematical calculations)
3) In my school years and now I’m fond of math olympiad problems (skills are at the level of Spivak’s book and not the most difficult problems from Alfutova and Prasolov’s books)
4) I read English fluently.
Goals (in descending order of priority):
1) Leveling up knowledge of mat. device (I plan to do serious programming eventually)
2) In a year I plan to enter the ShAD. Accordingly - preparation for study.
3) I like mathematics, I would just like to get to know this section more deeply.
Thank you!

If you master a regular university course, then it will be easier in English, if not, then reading English does not make sense.
Already a student? So it's already passed. or how?
