Hello. I launch the server application (express) on the laptop, and PM2 gives me a picture: 
Everything works, there are no complaints. Works on VPS too, does not fall. I just can’t understand - how can it be 966%?

LA flew into the ceiling, apparently. I would advise you to look at the output of top, and not some utility that draws incomprehensible numbers.
