Who is responsible for testing in Scrum?

There is no tester in our team. We appoint someone from the team. This is not the point.
Essence:
There is a story - developer Developer.
The history goes to the "Testing" column.
Questions:
Does History change artist? From Developer to Tester?
Or does the History remain in the "In Progress" column, the "Testing" subtask is added to it, the executor is the Tester, and this subtask goes to the "Testing" column?

Both options may be correct. It all depends on the organization of work and the distribution of responsibility for the test results.
