Who has the source of the xml treeview?

Good to all, I am writing for the first time and perhaps not correctly, although I read everything before adding.
The bottom line is that I set out to write a program that would display data from an XML file in a treeview and, on click, display it on the form, I found an article on how and what to do, but for some reason it doesn’t work (it didn’t work in WPF), the problem is that they gave a link to the source, but it is not visible for the elapsed time.
