Who has experience of working or organizing a workflow in the service department of a trading company?
They offered to organize a service department in a trading company. The department should consist of several engineers who resolve issues with warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the equipment being sold, advise the sales department on highly specialized issues, and modernize the equipment being sold to meet the needs of customers.
