Who faced the Apache phantom on Mac OS?
I decided to set up an Apache server on a Mac. Started editing httpd.conf. But the changes did not take effect. That is, I made a change, saved it. Nothing happened.
In the terminal, when restarting Apache, it came out: Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message.
I uncommented the ServerName line and added localhost... but nothing changed.
I decided to experiment and deleted the apache2 folder from /etc nafig. And ... Apache is still working ....
I did not understand how to configure it. And I don't understand how it works either.

because in macOS there is such a thing as sip. in other words: "do not dick into the system settings."
if suddenly you need an Indian, put him next to the bru and do with him what you want.
or disable sip, kill system apache and wait for surprises from the next updates.
