Who faced errors during the transfer?

Please inform who transferred the site on Laravel to a regular shared hosting?
I've transferred it and gives an error 500, checked htaccess everything is fine, it works fine on the locale (OpenServer, OC Win 7).
Who has dealt with such issues?
