Who can throw off good tutorials on the REST API for python?

It seems like Python has the ability to work with the REST API, but I didn’t find normal textbooks or lessons where everything is clearly explained, only tutorials on how to draw an owl.

And another question, will it be possible to write code and simple applications for Bitrix24 from python? Since there are whole separate libraries for this. Who knows, tell me please.

Yes
but I didn’t find normal textbooks or lessons where everything is clearly explained

On the book is not typed - a maximum of a brochure.
Read first about http, and protocols in general - a dozen articles on Wikipedia will suffice. And then take it really "draw an owl." You can deal with the rest faster than you wrote your question.

@Buchachalo

You can start with https://habr.com/ru/company/yandex_praktikum/blog/...
In Dzhang, 120% of what is needed for a good API has already been implemented under the hood. You can do it on a flask, but you will have to write a lot with your hands.
