Do you have any hobbies or interests besides programming? If there is, it's a great way to practice the language. Almost everything will do, even if you like, for example, fishing - then you can create an interactive map of fishing spots with fishing statistics. In general: if photography - write yourself a couple of filters for images (you will work with graphics a little), if sound / music - you also look for libraries that can read files, and try to do simple things - change the volume, mix sounds. Automate something that you like, that you know well, you will surely find something. The most extreme option is always there - a personal database for something. Here, in general, everything is suitable - and music, and videos, and collectible badges, and your personal sports records, and anything else. I recommend this way to make you feel that language (especially industrial) is a tool and you should enjoy using it. And you will have the right view of things. And you will not burn out on the third meaningless task. You'll also show your homies how cool it turned out.
Can you sip in DotA or cs? Then inf. I will support the match - some statistics, then you will also do integration with the server / steam.
