We need a service like Prism (yes, yes, the Prisma application), to which it would be possible to connect a web service via API and process photos, roughly speaking, I offer such functionality on the web to third-party users.
In terms of filters and the principle of operation - Prism with its neural network would suit 100%, but you don’t really have to choose.
