Who can benefit from these skills?
Hello. Help a beginner with advice. I want to do web programming and earn freelance, but today my knowledge is not great: I'm studying Python (I write various cgi scripts for myself), I'm not familiar with frameworks yet, and I also know HTML, CSS. Does anyone need these skills? I would like to work on creating simple scripts for the experience.

Good afternoon, Roman. If you want to make money as a freelancer, then you need absolutely clear competencies that are in demand by the market, for example, knowing Django now helps a lot of people, but you need to understand that you still can’t do without a triad (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and then everything from them for example CSS framework Bootstrap or Foundation, JavaScript is JQuery. This is a must have. And in order to somehow more or less fail on this, you need 1 - 1.5 practice. Otherwise, no one will take you seriously. To start now and at least with something, I would probably recommend solving problems using Python libraries, such as Beautifulsoap, Requests, etc. 50 times :) I.e., for example, someone needs to parse a site or extract some characteristic data - this is a fairly common task, knowing at least these two libraries, you can already try to dare to solve them. Good luck!
You can grow as a coder further into a front-end developer or designer.
You can grow as a python programmer.
And this and that is appreciated
And if you can combine it all at a qualitative level - python + front-end, then there will be no price at all
minimal knowledge of layout and html is necessary for almost any web programmer
