Who and how uses ElasticSearch in Production in the CIS countries?

The question can be divided into several parts.

  1. Who and how uses ElasticSearch and its products in the CIS countries?
  2. How much data is stored and processed?
  3. Were there any global problems and malfunctions?
  4. Do you use other Elastic products like Logstash, Kibana, Marvel, Shield?

Your answers will help me in organizing a presentation at subsequent conferences in the Baltic countries, but I would like to share my experience further.
Thank you!

You know, basically - we are looking for. Joke.
We, for example, are building a real estate portal (yeah, another one), and using ES + MySQL as a kind of hybrid database, in which each component does what it does best. MySQL - is responsible for the integrity and storage of data in normal form. ES - for searching and aggregating denormalized documents. Thus, we kind of have all the advantages of NoSQL, without their disadvantages. In addition, a lot of traffic also goes through ES:
In general, a year after the introduction of ES - the feeling is something like in the famous article
by Paul Graham: "WE HAVE A SECRET WEAPON" . It's one of those few tools that makes you crave more and more day after day.
The index keeps documents only for the last couple of weeks, the rest is in MySQL, and the volumes come out small - about 2k documents at a time. Also, most queries are written using filters, and therefore the speed of the selections becomes generally insignificant.
There were no global ones, I’ll just note unpleasant moments:
No. Kibana looks interesting, but somehow there is no time to install and configure it all.
