I have to draw a lot of diagrams in the process of discussion, there is no place on a normal whiteboard.
Paper notebooks end in 2-3 weeks.

I want some kind of whiteboard directly on the surface of the table, you can do it yourself, but there are questions:
1) how to save your hands and sleeves from getting dirty with a marker that is drawn on the board?
2) are there any convenient systems to automatically make a copy of the board in png of some thread? (now we take pictures all the time).

You can hang the whiteboard directly from the ceiling with cords/wires/etc.
And the process of photographing can be slightly automated - fix the camera so that you can see the entire board and connect it to your computer, and then make a shortcut for photographing, or, in extreme cases, write a small tool.
