Which wysiwyg editor supports pasting code?

I can’t find an editor similar to the one in Habré (you can insert the code into the article). Which editor supports pasting code for articles, and has support for headings, tables, lists, and alignment? I tried ckeditor, it has a lot of functionality, but I didn’t find the code insertion there. It is desirable that the syntax is highlighted when the article is displayed.

for this there are separate plugins like https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js or https://github.com/PrismJS/prism
and then embed them into any wysiwyg editor.
