Which Wordpress plugins will help to work with registered users?

Hello.
There is a project in which there are a couple of tasks related to registering and storing information in a database, which I can’t imagine to implement for myself.
I must say right away that I am not a coder. I use templates and plugins.
1. It is necessary that the user can enter the site using existing discount cards. (You enter your email and phone number and you get into the acc.)
2. There will be a program of master classes on the site, and for some you need to pre-register. the customer sees this as a check box (sign up for a master class) which is available for clicking only to registered users. Well, so that information about those who signed up for master classes was stored somewhere.
So I'm wondering if there is a solution in the form of a plugin or something else for solving such problems?

There is little chance of finding a ready-made plugin for such rare requirements. Usually such things are written for a specific site.
