Please advise which windows hosting to use with apache?
No matter how much I searched, IIS web server is everywhere, or they offer to use a dedicated server.

like here , linux, but with msskl.
PS: Windows hosting is not necessary, mssql support is enough, as I understand it?

The best windows hosting is no windows hosting. Even better can only be the presence of linux there.
And in order to transfer an existing site from a Windows Apache to an adequate Apache, you just need to copy the files via ftp and configure vhosts.
