Guys, recommend - where to go to learn Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics? Yandex and Google do not have their own training centers?

I didn’t study there myself, but the former bosses teach, these people taught me a lot in their time.
Google Analytics has English-language Google courses:

Preparing for GA individual qualification: https://support.google.com/analytics/?hl=en#
The first is more modern (October 2013) and simpler. And more related to web analytics (rather than just Google Analytics settings). The second one was cooler (I passed a year ago in preparation for the Individual Qualification).
In general, the surest way to learn web analytics (in my opinion) is to work in some kind of Internet marketing or Internet advertising agency. Much depends on your goals: do you want to freelance, or make a career as a web analyst while working in the office
