Which way to map a network drive to Hetzner?

Hello, in view of the lack of experience with various protocols, I want to get the opinions of the community.
You need to connect a network drive (Storage Box) to the server. Everything is managed by Hetzner.
They offer the following connection options.

Which of the options will be the most stable and fastest?
Thanks

only CIFS is a network folder and it works fine, everything else is bullshit.
not to weigh shit normally, neither speed nor stability, moreover, this is almost the only reason why I connect these storages everywhere, only they normally give access via this protocol
. I also mount the backup via fstab as a local disk in RO mode
and everything is kosher.
Moreover, even on Windows, you can connect them without third-party software, like a regular network drive
, so even when you need to get a backup, you just go to mc in the archives folder and that's it.
I can even throw off the script for backup

Depending on what you are going to connect this disk. If you have Windows on the other side, everything will be sad. If Linux - SCP / SSH works quite well.
