Which VPN to get for home with TK security\price?

Good afternoon!
The question is shy, of course, but I don’t monitor the market, and Google is crammed with all sorts of advertising garbage.
I'm interested in VPN for home use, I won't download torrents, but the traffic is unlimited.
The most important thing is the absence of logs and sufficient speed for surfing on foreign resources.
The price is within 10 bucks per month (better 5 =))
