Which vpn to choose so as not to lose a lot of speed?

The task is to wrap all home traffic so that the operator does not block media content, although the speed does not cut. Stupidly does not show videos from popular resources.
I have a couple of my vps on debian and centos, their speed to the world is 200 megabits.
I deployed Open VPN on them and removed buffer restrictions, used it in tandem with the Kinetic router.

sndbuf 0
rcvbuf 0

This gave an increase in speed, but still much lower than expected.
Without using Open VPN 45 megabits, with Open VPN less than 10, if without buffer tuning, then generally about 5.
I understand that there can be losses, but there is a suspicion that Open VPN itself underestimates speeds. For the purity of the experiment with speeds, I removed encryption.

What would you recommend deploying instead of Open VPN?

wireguard. KeeneticOS supports it out of the box.
UPD: if there is no Wireguard support, then L2TP / IPsec.

the fastest is pptp, but not secure, try it, it goes up in 5 minutes. if it doesn’t work, then l2tp + ipsec
on the kinetek is shitty ovpn ((( the percent can’t cope with the load. as an option, try a certificate with minimal encryption
