Which VNC server/client should I choose?

There was a need for remote control of computers (different versions of Windows) in the local network. What are the options besides RDP? Which VNC server/client should I look at first?
Of the mandatory requirements, free for commercial use.
Upd: about 50 computers

And why didn't RDP fit? Need something to show the user? Then you can use the regular remote assistant.
