Which virtualization system to choose for MongoDB?
There is a server 2 x Intel Xeon E5645 / 128Gb / 2x2Tb SATA, it needs to turn lamp, mongodb (large database, main read load, 600GB, xfs file structure), docker server under redmine and small processing processes, sphinx.
The essence of the question is what mongo will feel more comfortable on - proxmox, xen or drive everything into docker. From virtualization, I dealt only for informational purposes with proxmox and daily work with docker.

Monge doesn't care.
Docker is pretty resource efficient.
Prokmoks is a clear management overhead.
Xen is an overhead in terms of the degree of virtualization.
I would choose Docker with some kind of control layer. Kubernetes or something simpler.
If you do not work in AWS, then forget about the existence of Xen.
