Which video player normally keeps the volume level?

Despite the solutions found and noted, I don’t want to throw Light Alloy) No one has such an interface. These are competent hotkeys, and appearance (where else is there a timeline with serifs? nowhere), and minimalism .... What can you think of?
The original subject:
Under Windows.
Since ancient times I have been using Light Alloy for the most convenient interface. You don't even need to change anything by default. But more and more often there is a problem in films - at first the volume is normal (the scene: people are talking, doing something, for example), then the scene changes and loud sounds hit the ears (music, special effects, other non-voice sounds). Watching turns into DJing - I constantly twist the volume back and forth, trying to keep it at the same level.
Very often, speech cannot be made out at all against the background of sounds in the film. Subtracted that the problem may be in the player and in the codecs. Tried Media Player Classic and VLC. Well... the difference is very small, still the problem remains. Something turned out to be tricky with the settings in VLC, but he doesn’t want to remember them and each time he has to re-set them, and it’s not a fact that the same settings will do.
And all I need is to keep the volume level at about the same level. And that the speech was distinguishable.
So how do you competently watch movies on your computer these days?

JetAudio Plus VX - in the settings there is Dynamic Range Control, which "equalizes" the sound in films.
This program also contains one of the most convenient video / audio format converters.

Compression (compression) is the process of changing the dynamics of sound, equalizing its volume, making loud sound quieter. Essentially, a compressor is an automatic volume control.

also look at the audio normalization settings. Perhaps they should be changed or disabled.
PS: I also sat on LightAlloy for a long time (6-7 years), but then switched to Media Player Classic. He can do almost everything the same, but I found some advantages in him.

Everything is wrong!! It's not about players or codecs at all!
And the bottom line is that almost all modern rips come out with clumsily superimposed audio tracks of translations! Rather, these tracks muffle the main sound in the film, but they do not muffle constantly, but only on fragments with dialogues
. the original that was in the films is completely absent in these modern dubbing and simply overlaying tracks ..
Almost all films become flawed!
You can always check and understand it yourself - by switching the audio track to the original one during playback
.
