Which video card to choose?

Good day, I ask you to help with the choice. There are 2 options. 1) gtx 950 2 gb. And 2) gtx 750 ti 4 gb.
For the first few months I plan to use it with an i3 540 processor. There is official Windows 10, which means directx 12, which gives an advantage in favor of option 1. But the 750 ti has more video memory... So I don't know what to choose...

950 is better in terms of performance, and it doesn’t matter that -2 GB

As far as I remember, you do not have the task of using a pair of FHD displays, so 4GB will not be in demand. Take 950.
