There is an application from the authorities to make an assembly for the program 3D design and engineering.
Recommend a video card from the budget spectrum. Wouldn't want to waste money.

Write the name of your "program 3D design and engineering" in Google, add system requirements, follow the link to off. site and look with your eyes for the section "GPU Acceleration" (or similar)... profit

For such purposes, there are no video cards in the budget spectrum, price tags start at 100 thousand.
But it is worth at least voicing the budget, suddenly you are a PC for 200 tr. think budget.
