Which video baby monitor to choose for the sysadmin's daughter?

Good afternoon, dear ones!
I have the coolest moment in the life of any man (the birth of a child, and not what you thought), and in this regard, I took care of the issue of choosing and buying a baby monitor in order to facilitate the future life of my wife (and mine too).
A lot of things are written on the Internet, but basically, all this is written on the forums of rabid mothers who do not know how far progress has gone, and are quite far from the issues of technology, automation and other things.
My thoughts go in two directions:
1) buy a baby monitor operating in the 2.4Ghz range, with a parent unit and the camera itself. In this case, the concerns are as follows: will there be interference with the WiFi signal that is actively used in the apartment? how much minimum should the parent unit work? what else to pay attention to?
2) buy a wifi baby monitor. In this case, you can watch the final image on smartphones or laptops. In this case, interference problems do not arise. But... are they comfortable at all? How will the end device (laptop, smartphone) react to the child's cry if the application that receives the video is not running, or the phone is in standby mode? How to deal with feedback? What about different scream/motion/temperature sensors? Maybe there are wifi baby monitors with a receiver?
In this regard, the question / request for advice: what video baby monitor did you use, if you did, what are the pros, what are the cons, what to look for when buying? Please advise.

Motorola MBP43 - camera + parent unit. Wifi doesn't interfere. The signal is enough to work on two floors (each about 100 sq.m).

As a father of two - no, absolutely useless acquisition, the awakened child is heard very far :-) and there is not a single situation in which it can be useful
