Which version of Xcode should I choose for development?

Moved away from the topic of developing mobile applications from apple for a year somewhere.
Now it's XCode 7.2 .
I need to write a new application in swift 3.
Now I have swift 2.
And the question arose - is someone developing on XCode 7 now or has everyone already switched to 8?
