Which version of Webpack should I start learning?

I want to learn how to work with Webpack, and the 4th version was recently released. Start learning the third or fourth version?

Write your projects on the 4th, if there are problems, put the older version.
For a stable project, if the deadlines are burning, I would take the 3rd.
On support, both 1st and 2nd are still found (well, this is a "cap")
