Which version of the logo is better?

Good afternoon, I need help.
isit funiture is a small furniture store specializing in the sale of tables and chairs. There are two variants of the logo, which are made by different people. The idea is the same, but the implementation is different.

Attention, attention: analysis of the clinical case of the logo.

which are made by different people. The idea is the same, but the implementation is different.

Dear Elena :3! There are no ideas here. This is another impotent design of a typical furniture store: helpless, stamped, dumb, and so on. Companies usually do this on their own.
Which option is best for business development? If possible, briefly explain.

Dear Elena :3 No version of the logo will in any way affect the development of the business. Because first a competitive product, then the sale of this product.
And several things can be improved at once:
1. leave a minimum of graphics
2. shorten the name
3. do not use a hundred styles each
4. include at least zero point, two tenths of fantasy
option 1, implementation of 30 seconds:

simplify it further:

include 0.3% of fantasy:

Now, we have the name of the company itself as a separate unit, and the seat itself can act as an atomic unit, for example, in a fav icon, and the logo itself becomes dynamic, adaptive: even in a browser, even on a business card, at least strictly, at least fun. File fonts, seats, and go. And there are a million scenarios using chairs and tables.
And yes, beautiful Elena: 3, I almost forgot! Shhhh only:
