Which version of stm32 should I choose?

I'm going to roll into the study of microcontrollers and I want to take stm32. What can you advise? I read that it is better to take the discovery version right away. But the price of 300 rubles for a set with a programmer (not discovery) captivates with its cheapness.

Take Discovery. Cheap and lots of peripherals. There are boards with a gyroscope, an accelerometer, e-ink, a large LCD screen. You will not regret.
