Not "scrap" of course, the server is legal at the hoster. Only PRO Plus, or some other cheaper ones? Interested in actually Access, Word, Excel for the programmer, not cloudy, locally installed, with com objects as part. From a reliable official Microsoft partner, preferably a monthly rental.

And why is it interesting that there are problems when registering a business account on the Microsoft website ...

Good afternoon.
Only O365 Pro + has a terminal mode, there is an installation of full-fledged applications on a PC (without a browser). Bus edition cannot be installed on a remote server.
The O365 monthly billing program is called CSP.
