Which vector image editor fully supports android?

I ran into a problem, if you edit a vector through photoshop or inkscape, then it happens that when you import it into android studio using vector assets, often part of the image is distorted or even becomes invisible.

Our paintcode designers use vector drawable to convert svg to xml. Well, it seems that there is still some kind of magic in terms of drawing methods (which chips are used, which ones are not, svg is not fully supported).
