It all depends on the coverage map and tariff plans of operators in your country and your city.
No matter how good 4G is, it does not suit me - there is no coverage.

4g is the next generation of mobile networks after 3g. Faster, higher, stronger, everything. If there is coverage.
3g is such a big crutch over 2g networks.
The 4g modem always has a backwards compatibility mode with 2g / 3g networks.
So if you are happy with the money - buy 4g, even if there is no coverage - most likely, it will someday appear.
