What universities would you recommend that are accredited and have a quoted diploma (+ international supplement)?
Mandatory condition: distance learning.

Considered Synergy, Moscow Open Institute, Moscow University named after S.Yu. Witte. On the Internet, there are controversial reviews about these educational institutions, for the most part, that they do not have accreditation and diplomas are poorly quoted in the CIS (I am generally silent about the West).

St. Petersburg State University, Phystech (MIPT), ITMO, HSE, MEPhI, TSU, TPU, NSU Here are the universities that have accreditation and quoted diplomas. Most likely in many of them there is a remote control.
Do not even consider synergy and so on. Yes, they have a great experience in distance education, but this does not make it easier.
PS It seems to me that a university, if it is needed, is only for foreign work. If there is no such desire, then there is no point in the university
