We choose an ultrabook for our brother.
What you need from him:
Weight - up to 1.8 kg, aesthetics. The processor is not very weak. At least one USB 3.0. RAM: not critical. HDD at least 250 GB. The screen is preferably 14 '(1366x768 or 1600x900). The keyboard is needed so that it does not slip (as I saw in some reviews), and the arrangement of the keyboard arrows is the same as, for example, on the ASUS Vivobook S400CA.
We are not talking about games.
Budget: 22-23 thousand rubles.
I've looked at the Asus Vivobook S400CA (i5 3317U, 4096mb, 344GB, Intel HD Graphics 400), but what else is more interesting?

At the expense of the budget: honestly, I have not seen a worthy ULTRAbook for 22-23 thousand rubles, the minimum cost is from 30.

The main thing is not to choose from Samsung, HP and Acer, in the low price range ahead of the rest in terms of innovation / price ratio - Asus and Lenovo.
