Which UI library to choose for Angular 2?

The question is in two parts:
1) Now a number of libraries are being developed for the Angular 2 framework, such as Bootstrap and Material Design. What is their refinement for this framework and why is it impossible or not convenient to use them "as is"?
2) What UI library to choose for Angular 2 if you plan to make a "desktop" application similar to Google Docs?. You need a full-fledged menu, complex forms and components for Tree View, ListView, convenient input of integer / fractional numbers.

For desktop UI I use webix .
With support for Angular 2, they have the truth, like everyone else, in any way. But it feels like they are comrades who love OOP, they already support ts and Angular, so they will probably support Angular 2 when it gains popularity.

1) Bootstrap (and others) contains, in addition to css, also javascript code, so it should be compatible with Angular2. I don't know the details, but if there are such improvements, then they obviously did not appear out of nowhere
2) Bootstrap, Zurb and Material Design are not suitable for desktop-like applications. You need to look for something specific or write yourself.
