Which TTS with SDK to choose?

Good afternoon.
Please advise TTS. Mandatory conditions:
1. Availability of SDK for .NET or Java (the first one is preferable);
2. Correctness in setting stresses, not like Google's TTS.
3. Pleasant, not "clumsy" female voice.
Considered options:
1.Nuance Dragon. More like a voice assistant.
2. Acapela. I liked it the most at the moment. Of the minuses - the lack of SDK for .net and java
