Which service can be used for free (for commercial purposes) to voice English words in a mobile application?

In what sense is a “service” (“service”), and even free of charge? You need free audio recordings of individual English words, right? Wiktionary has something . What is not there - you can search in free audiobooks (on the same LibriVox , for example), and having found and cut those, it would be nice to know if they should also be uploaded to Wiktionary (I think it is, but better anyway, ask first).
