Which transistor to choose to close the PC pins?

There are 2 pins on the PC Motherboard Power ON, when they are closed, the PC turns on.
With the help of arduino, it is planned to apply a logic pulse to the transistor to open the circuit and thereby turn on the PC.
What transistor is suitable for such purposes?

Better not a transistor, but an optocoupler PC817.
From the arduino side it will be like an LED, from the PC side it will be like a button.

any (there is a meager current) npn structures,
1) from arduins (logical 1 will open tr-r) through a current-limiting resistor to the base.
2) from Power ON to the collector of the tr-ra.
3) mass = it is also mass in Africa))) on the emitter of the tr-ra and on the mass of the arduino.
