Hello, help me choose the tools for development.
Normal client application communicating with api json || xml. The main condition is that the user can easily, without additional dances with a tambourine, launch it with two clicks and start working. Therefore, java, with which I am familiar, disappears (I myself am an Android developer). If you take a sharp, it will pull the .Net framework, which is also not for everyone, right?

fast+easy - .Net and WPF
longer+harder - c++ and Qt
.Net framework is almost everywhere.
