Which tool to choose for application design?

I have a project idea, I want to find a tool for designing structure and interactions.
Think. Visio will do, but I often work on different PCs, I use Android, so I want it to be a web interface.
I need to describe all objects and their interactions. Think. it should look like a flowchart, or a tree.
