As already mentioned above - the cmder project. There is also MobaXterm with a Cygwin environment that contains most of the Linux utilities. If you need it for training, then for the first time this will be enough.
Then you can move on to virtualization and deploy a Linux virtual machine in VirtualBox or Vmware Player/Workstation (if resources allow).
PS Windows 10 has WSL, which is essentially a Linux environment within the Windows ecosystem.
