I saw somewhere that keywords are highlighted <strong>, <b>etc, but judging by the seogift.ru/content-analiz service, you need to highlight them with tags <h1>, <h2>, etc. Somehow I'm confused, what should I do?

H1, H2-6 are heading and subheading tags in the text. Ideally, the keys of the text should be written in them, it is possible in a word form. Especially for H1.
But if by highlighting keywords in the text you mean highlighting in bold or italics, then you need to be very careful here. The main thing is not to overdo it. Various highlights exist primarily to make it easier for users to read, to focus on important points. Don't think about search engines, think about your customers.
