First, 100% of the tablets are anally enclosed. Therefore, any distribution kit can not be put there.
Secondly, even if you manage to stick some distribution, it's not a fact that all the hardware will work. Again, because of the fence.
And thirdly, ondroed is a fenced craft based on the Linux kernel. Those. You can't call this rubbish a Linux distribution. Bubunta is even closer than an ondroed!
Conclusion: while there are no open tablets, a full-fledged Linux cannot be installed on any one.
PS You can buy an expensive stove on x86 architecture and plug Linux into it. But also not the fact that all devices will work. But Linux will definitely stick, because. processor - atom.

Children from lore sometimes in a stream of delirium can say something correct, well, like a standing clock twice a day shows the correct time. I'm what it is:
1. Android is not Linux, although for several other reasons than indicated
2. A tablet up to 5 thousand rapidly depreciating rubles is 98% - ARM7a. It's not about the drivers (my God, well, what kind of drivers, what kind of terminology), the fact is that you, judging by the tone of the question, cannot put some kind of archarm, or angstrem, although there is uBoot, debian and all the big distros with arm support - have all sorts of subtle points in the installation.
So the answer is any, if you call Linux an android, or none, if you call Linux Linux.
PS In the comments, they offer cheap options for x86 tablets on z65 - here's your option.

To begin with, what is Linux in your understanding? The generally accepted opinion is that this is the core , and only the core. What you think of as Linux is Linux + GNU utilities + X server + software distribution like Debian. And as much as you hate to admit it, Android is also Linux, because it's based on the (modified) Linux kernel. Remove redhat X and install Wayland - would you also begin to say that this is "not Linux"? And instead of SysVInit - systemd? And TiVo, the infamous Linux TV box?
And insulting people belonging to the social group "Users of Linux.org.ru" is Article 29 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
