Which storage to choose for storing user actions?

Hello!
It is required to quickly record and retrieve information of the following nature: the user's last visit to page N, the id of the last message, the time of the last activity, etc. What technologies should be chosen for this task? I'm considering Redis for storage and processing + uploading to RDBMS if the user is offline.
