Which storage technology to choose for 100TB+ mp4 video files?

Hello,
At the moment, 40TB of video in mp4 format is stored and distributed from the server on a software RAID 10 with caching on SSD (12x8TB HDD + 4x1TB SSD, Uplink 10Gbit). For such a volume of data, the solution is tolerable, but we hit the ceiling in terms of the volume of disks and the width of the channel. There seems to be a solution to use a storage like Ceph, but there is no certainty that this will suit our tasks. Please kick in the right direction.

Scale-out storage: Ceph, GlusterFS, Microsoft Scale-Out File server, Veritas Access.

More precisely - not CEPH by itself, but "add-ons" over its pools - CephFS, or S3 / Swift on RadosGW.
