Which SSD to choose for Asus1201N?

There is a netbook asus eee 1201n with Sata II. I want to replace the HDD with an SSD. In this regard, the question arose: Will there be a difference in speed between a 128 Gb SATA-II 300 Crucial V4 SSD and a 128 Gb SATA 6Gb / s Crucial m4 SSD on this netbook. And which of the SSD will be more reliable.

You will hardly notice the difference on SATA-II.
It is more promising to take m4 - a time-tested model, and in terms of an upgrade (suddenly decide to upgrade the hardware), it will be more interesting.
