Which SQL query builders or template engines do you recommend?

Studying the topic of ORM for my project, I came to the conclusion that it is quite possible that I do not need a full-fledged ORM. Link to the question here
In general, I came to the conclusion that any query template engine is quite suitable for me.
Requirements
1) built-in protection against SQL injections
2) High speed
3) Supported
What can you recommend?

ORM выбирают в случае необходимости работы с сущностями и OOP абстракциями, если такой необходимости нет и нет нужды в association mapping, то используйте PDO.
