Which specifications of Macbook 2016 to choose?

I want to take a MacBook Pro 16 for native development for both platforms.

Choose between the following configuration parts.
1) RAM 32 vs 64.
I tend to 32 - because when you need 64 you will need to take a new one.

2) Video card 5300.
Since I'm not going to work with video. And write games too.
But if you write - is it enough? Or is there no need for a Mac?

3) Core i7 vs Core i9.
I tend to Core i7 - the same reasons as p.1.
Throttling will squander i9.
Well, according to the tests, the performance is not much different.

Write if I'm wrong and why.
